This project involved handling of multiple projects
with varying requirements and complexities.
Our client already had an installed user base and
the products had to be introduced in a timely and
orderly manner.
We put together multiple project teams with its own
project managers to handle the project. Rigorous screening
procedures were used to ensure that the team was capable
of handling the project successfully. Consultants
with different skill sets were brought in to address
the functional and technical specifications and documentation.
We deployed programmers to develop these complex programs
both in the U.S. and India and the project was tested
and handed over to our client in an efficient fashion.
Established PMI standards were adopted in the overall
project management to ensure close monitoring and
control of the activities onsite and offshore. Excellent
coordination between the client Project Manager and
the Project leaders of the teams involved offshore
was maintained.
We also worked with our client in the initial deployment
of the software packages, data conversion and product
integration.
