		ganesan has over 30 years of experience and is a seasoned finance professional. he heads global shared services at helios and matheson. he has been instrumental in offshoring and streamlining shared services across the helios and matheson group.

		K.M. Kumar is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. He has about 18 years of experience in the areas of Secretarial & Company Law, Accounts, Finance and Personnel.

	pat krishnan – healthcare and technology solutions
		pat has more than 17 years of experience in the information technology industry, both in operational and strategic capacities. his professional experience includes various technology initiatives at oracle, life scan (a j&j company), qualcomm, javasoft, citicorp and the irs. pat holds a degree in applied sciences and computer sciences, an mba with focus on information technology systems and finance, and an ms in engineering management.

	ravindran n s - architecture and processes
		ravindran started his career with singer manufacturing co ltd after completing his masters degree in industrial engineering from strathclyde, scotland. after working in uk and europe he moved to india to bharath forge ltd. he has handled assignments in product development; project structuring, standardization and certification.

	sundararaman v - corporate treasury
		sundararaman holds masters in economics. he has extensive exposure to planning, controls and financial information systems and implementation of process and system improvements. he has held senior positions in reputed private sector banks in India.

	suparna n r – human capital management
		an alumnus of IIM- ahmedabad, suparna has over 30 years of work experience. He spent over a decade with coca-cola and moved to the Swedish match making company, wimco. Suprana heads human capital management at helios & matheson.
